Our drop-in ventilated cold basin (450 mm wide) is a compact, counter-integrated refrigerating tray designed to hold one GN 1/1 container at a stable +2 °C to +6 °C — ideal for salad bars, buffet counters, and prep stations in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations.

Forced-air cooling ensures even temperature distribution across the full tray depth, keeping fresh ingredients, dairy, and cold starters at safe serving temperatures throughout a busy service. At just 0.14 kW on a standard 230 V supply, running costs are minimal.
