The Vitrum Drop-In Ventilated Cold Basin (1500 mm) is a built-in counter insert refrigerating tray designed for open-display cold storage in restaurants, hotels, buffet lines and catering operations. Powered at 230 V and delivering 4 kW of forced-air cooling, it holds a stable temperature range of +2 °C to +6 °C — keeping ingredients, garnishes and pre-plated components food-safe and presentation-ready throughout service.

At 1500 mm in length, this unit integrates flush into a custom counter or pass-through surface, accepting standard GN 1/1 containers and keeping your prep line uncluttered.
