The Vitrum Drop-In Ventilated Cold Basin (1200 mm) is a built-in refrigerated cold well for professional counter integration, holding three GN 1/1 pans at a stable +2 °C to +6 °C. Fan-assisted (forced-air) cooling ensures even temperature distribution across all pan positions, making it well suited to busy buffet lines, salad stations, and cold prep counters in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations.
