Description

This 69 L vitrine cooler sits on or into a service counter, holding 8 GN pans of toppings at +2/+10°C behind a glass structure that keeps food visible and protected from the room.

A sneeze guard is built in as standard, static cooling keeps noise to a minimum, and SS304 stainless steel handles daily topping refills and wipe-downs. Manual defrost keeps the unit simple to service, an electronic controller runs on R600a refrigerant, and adjustable feet let it sit level at 69 kg net on any counter regardless of an uneven floor beneath.
