Description

The Fast Food Systems Vizu Mini Fries is a freestanding chip scuttle and fries holding and bagging station for quick-service restaurants, fish and chip shops, takeaways, and fast-casual operations that need a compact, organised holding point for cooked fries and sides. Drawing 1.5 kW at 230 V, it keeps pre-cooked chips, onion rings, and potato wedges at service temperature using a dual-zone heating system: independently switched front and rear overhead heat lamps plus a base heater beneath the chip dump area, giving operators precise control over heat output during quieter periods.

Built from fully welded heavy-duty stainless steel and standing 1,530 mm tall on braked, non-marking castors, the Vizu Mini Fries is designed for busy counter environments. The chip dump includes a removable divider for fast cleaning, and the adjustable two-tier rear rail rack accommodates chip bags and pans for left- or right-hand workflow. A cupboard below the dump provides dedicated storage for packaging and wrap, with a salt shaker holder included — keeping everything a single arm's reach from the bagging point.

Note: this unit holds and displays pre-cooked product only — it does not cook. Suited to high-throughput takeaways and QSR counters where speed, hygiene, and workflow efficiency at the chip station directly affect service times.
