The Vizu Mega Fries Topper (SKU: VIMFTOPPER) by Fast Food Systems Limited is a high-capacity heated chip dump and fries holding station designed for high-volume quick-service restaurants, fish-and-chip shops, and fast-food operations that need to hold and bag cooked chips, onion rings, and potato wedges at speed. Running on a 2.5 kW, 230 V supply, it combines four overhead jacketed halogen lamps with an under-pan heating element to keep product hot and crisp from above and below simultaneously.

The dump area is built for real kitchen throughput: a grid floor drains excess grease away from the product, a chip flip rack clears stray chips, and the entire dump area is removable for cleaning. Front and rear lamp zones are independently controlled, letting operators adjust heat to match service pace. The unit ships ready for left or right workflow configuration and rolls on heavy-duty non-marking castors with brakes — making it easy to reposition on the line.

At 890 × 920 × 1010 mm and 68 kg, the Mega Fries Topper is engineered to sit directly atop the Adande VCR undercounter freezer (ADVCR1/MCW), reaching a combined working height of 1565 mm — turning frozen-to-bagged fries into a single, compact station. Built-in packaging storage and a salt shaker holder keep consumables within arm's reach, eliminating the need for a separate cupboard.
