Description

The Vitrum SGV4 is a tabletop electric smooth cooking surface (griddle) designed for professional kitchens, delivering 2.0 kW across two independently controlled zones on a stainless steel smooth worktop. Running on standard 230 V, it installs without special electrical infrastructure — ideal for cafés, small restaurants, hotel buffets, and catering operations where counter space is limited but versatile searing, griddling, and finishing work is a daily requirement.
