The Vitrum EP6 is a floor-standing electric range for professional kitchens, featuring six cast-iron burners and a total output of 18.0 kW at 400 V. Built as a freestanding unit, it arrives with a stand included, so it is ready to deploy on the line without additional support structures.
We designed the EP6 for high-volume operations — restaurants, hotel kitchens, canteens and catering facilities — where consistent, even heat across multiple cooking zones is essential during peak service. The cast-iron burner plates retain and distribute heat reliably, handling heavy stockpots and sauté pans alike.
