Description

The Vitrum EP2 is a floor-standing electric professional cooker built for commercial kitchens, delivering 6.0 kW across two cast-iron burners at 400 V. Its freestanding construction and included stand make it easy to position anywhere on the kitchen floor without additional infrastructure.
