Description
The Vitrum CVV1 is a professional electric sausage warmer for HoReCa environments, using a steam/water-bath heating method to keep sausages at safe serving temperatures throughout service. Built from 18/8 stainless steel and running on a standard 230 V single-phase supply, it draws just 1.0 kW — making it easy to place on any counter without dedicated high-power wiring.
We designed the CVV1 for cafés, snack bars, hotels and catering operations that need a compact, low-maintenance hot-holding solution.
