Description
Description
The Vema ET 2102 is a countertop low-speed cold-press juice extractor for cafés, juice bars, hotels and restaurant kitchens that demand high-quality, nutrient-rich juice with minimal heat build-up. Running at just 60 rpm via an induction motor with all-steel gears, it presses rather than shreds, preserving colour, flavour and enzymes that high-speed centrifugal machines destroy.
A 75 mm feed tube accepts whole or large-cut produce, and the machine automatically separates and expels pulp and peel during operation — keeping workflow clean and fast. Three interchangeable mesh strainers (narrow-hole, wide-hole and sorbet) let operators switch between clear juices, textured blends and frozen-fruit sorbets without additional equipment.
At 7 kg and 240 W on a standard 230 V single-phase supply, the ET 2102 fits comfortably on any counter and draws minimal power — practical for grab-and-go counters, hotel breakfast stations and specialty juice concepts where consistent output and easy cleaning matter most.
