The Vema CE 2047/ALL is a self-cleaning centrifugal juicer for professional bar and kitchen use, designed to handle hard, non-squeezable produce such as apples, pears, peaches, carrots, celery and fennel. Its centrifugal action delivers continuous juice production while automatically separating and ejecting peel and pulp — keeping workflow fast and interruption-free during service.

Built for a demanding HoReCa environment, the machine features a polished aluminium body, a stainless steel and nylon squeezing basket fixed by screw for secure operation, and a braked motor with thermal probe that protects against overheating. The pulp container is fitted with a magnetic sensor that stops the machine if the container is removed, while a built-in ventilation system ensures reliable continuous use. At 14 kg and drawing just 0.4 kW, it sits comfortably on any bar or prep counter.
