Description

The Maxima VC750 Dicing Grid 10 x 10 mm is an aluminium accessory for the Maxima VC750 vegetable slicer: it cuts vegetables, fruit and potatoes into 10 x 10 mm cubes when it is fitted together with the matching slicer disc. It fits inside the vegetable slicer body and lifts out for cleaning; wash it in warm, soapy water, dry it thoroughly and apply a little vegetable oil to the cutting edge before storing it. It suits restaurant kitchens, hotels and catering operations running a VC750 vegetable slicer.

It does not need a power connection. External dimensions are 203 x 203 x 13 mm, net weight 0.5 kg; packed dimensions are 250 x 250 x 50 mm, gross weight 0.8 kg. The other VC750 dicing grid size can be selected above.
