Description

The Maxima VC450 Standard Slicer 2 mm is an aluminium accessory for the Maxima VC450 vegetable slicer: it cuts vegetables and fruit into 2 mm slices. It fits inside the vegetable slicer body and lifts out for cleaning; wash it in warm, soapy water, dry it thoroughly and apply a little vegetable oil to the cutting edge before storing it. It suits restaurant kitchens, hotels and catering operations running a VC450 vegetable slicer.

It does not need a power connection. Packed dimensions are 150 x 150 x 20 mm and it weighs 0.8 kg gross. The other VC450 standard slicer thicknesses can be selected above.
