Valko Chamber Vacuum Packager FAVOLA 560 SL, 60 m³/h

The Valko FAVOLA 560 SL is a chamber vacuum packaging machine on wheels for professional kitchens, central production units, restaurants, hotels and catering operations, equipped with a 60 m³/h pump, a 500 mm sealing bar and a built-in HACCP adhesive label printer.

The generously sized stainless steel chamber accepts bags up to 500 × 550 mm and is accessed via a convex (bombato) lid. Touchscreen controls store up to 99 programmes, while the sealing wire with waste trimming, soft air system and integrated MAP (inert gas) system give operators precise control over every pack. A removable pipe extends vacuum capability to gastronorm containers, making the FAVOLA 560 SL equally at home in cook-chill, sous-vide and modified-atmosphere applications.

The integrated label printer records ingredients, operator, batch, packing and expiry date directly on each pack, keeping HACCP documentation fast and consistent. Mounted on castors and built entirely from stainless steel, it is designed for high-throughput production environments where hygiene, traceability and workflow efficiency are non-negotiable.
