The Valko CVE 300-SECCO is a countertop external vacuum packaging machine for professional food preservation, built in Italy with a stainless steel exterior and a maintenance-free oil-free dry pump. Weighing just 8 kg, it sits neatly on any prep counter and draws only 0.08 kW — practical for kitchens where space and power are at a premium.
The 300 mm sealing bar handles embossed (gaufré) and gusset (bellows) bags up to 300 mm wide, with adjustable sealing time to suit different bag thicknesses and products. An optional external vacuum probe accessory extends the machine's capability to vacuum-seal trays, making it a flexible choice for restaurants, delis, catering operations and hotel kitchens that need reliable portion control and extended shelf life without the footprint of a chamber machine.
