This 570L gastronorm refrigerator, finished in white, holds -2/+8°C behind a solid door, with adjustable GN2/1-dimensioned shelves so GN pans slot in without any awkward repacking. A digital thermostat keeps the set point on display, and the 4 wire shelves inside give a busy kitchen room to organise stock by shelf.
Catering-grade stainless steel construction and strong wheels make it easy to roll out for a deep clean, ventilated cooling keeps every shelf at an even temperature, and a lock secures the contents overnight. The maintenance-free condenser and self-closing door keep day-to-day running simple for a busy kitchen, with running noise around 45 dB(A) and consumption of 0.79 kWh over 24 hours from a 100kg-net cabinet.
