Description
Description
The Unis Sonata 2000 is a refrigerated pastry display showcase designed for countertop presentation of cakes, pastries and chilled desserts, maintaining a holding temperature between +2 °C and +8 °C across a 2000 mm module length. Built on a modular counter-type construction, it runs on a standard 230 V supply at 0.95 kW, making it straightforward to integrate into existing café, patisserie or hotel buffet layouts.
The Sonata 2000 is available with or without a built-in refrigeration unit and with or without side basement panels, giving buyers flexibility to configure standalone units or connect multiple modules into a continuous display run. It is a practical choice for patisseries, hotel breakfast counters, bakery cafés and restaurant dessert stations that need reliable chilled product visibility without a heavy footprint.
