Description

The Unis Georgia III 600 is a refrigerated self-service pastry showcase designed for patisseries, hotel breakfast counters, cafés and retail bakeries that need consistent chilled display in a compact 600 mm-wide footprint. Manufactured in the Czech Republic, it maintains a stable +4 °C to +8 °C range via forced-air circulation with automatic defrost and electronic controls — keeping cakes, mousses and cream-filled pastries at safe serving temperature throughout the day.

Four refrigerated levels — three glass shelves plus a bottom shelf — are each lit by a dedicated fluorescent lamp, ensuring even illumination of the entire product display. Insulating tempered double glass panels on all sides minimise condensation and heat gain, while the hinged curved front glass allows quick maintenance access without disturbing the service zone. Rear sliding doors keep restocking fast and clean.

The INOX exhibition board on waterproof plywood provides a durable, hygienic worktop, and CFC-free polyurethane foam insulation (33 kg/m³) underpins efficient 0.55 kW operation. Adjustable feet accommodate uneven floors. Best suited for environments maintained between 14 °C and 16 °C ambient temperature.
