The Unis Georgia III 1500 is a refrigerated pastry showcase designed for professional display of cakes, pastries and confectionery, maintaining a precise holding range of +4 °C to +8 °C across a 1500 mm wide cabinet. Built for patisseries, hotel buffets, cafés and restaurant dessert counters, it combines forced air circulation with automatic defrosting to keep product presentation consistently fresh throughout service.

Four refrigerated surfaces — three glass shelves plus a refrigerated bottom shelf — are lit by fluorescent lights positioned under each shelf, ensuring even, flattering illumination of displayed items. Insulating tempered double glass panels on all sides minimise thermal exchange, while the hinged curved front glass provides quick access for restocking and maintenance. Rear sliding doors allow staff to serve without disturbing the front display. Electronic controls keep operation straightforward, and adjustable feet allow levelling on uneven floors.

The Georgia III 1500 is a practical centrepiece for any high-volume pastry display environment where product quality and visual appeal must be maintained simultaneously. Its CFC-free polyurethane foam insulation and stainless steel finish worktop option reflect the build quality expected in demanding commercial settings.
