Description

The Unis Georgia III 1000 is a refrigerated pastry showcase designed for counter-service (served-over) display in patisseries, hotel buffets, cafés and restaurants. Running on just 0.67 kW at 230 V / 50 Hz, it holds product temperature between +4 °C and +8 °C via forced-air circulation with automatic defrosting and evaporation — keeping delicate pastries, cakes and desserts at consistent quality throughout the service day.

Four display levels — three refrigerated glass shelves plus a refrigerated bottom shelf — are each underlit by a fluorescent strip, making every tier of product visible and appealing. Insulating tempered double glass panels enclose the cabinet, while rear sliding glass doors give staff clean, unobstructed access and a hinged curved front panel simplifies maintenance. CFC-free polyurethane foam insulation and electronic control round out a build quality suited to high-footfall environments.

The Georgia III 1000 is available in Gold, Grey (RAL 9007) or stainless steel finishes, with the worktop supplied in waterproof plywood or INOX. A dedicated chocolate and praline variant is also offered, operating at 14–16 °C with humidity up to 45% — ideal for confectionery specialists who need precise climate conditions for sensitive products.
