The Unox DET&RINSE™ ULTRA is a high-intensity liquid detergent for automatic oven washing systems, supplied in a box of 10 × 1 L bottles. Formulated exclusively for use with UNOX ovens — including the CHEFTOP MIND.Maps™, BAKERTOP MIND.Maps™, CHEFTOP-X™, SPEED-X™, BAKERTOP-X™ and LINEMISS™ lines — it delivers thorough cavity cleaning during automated wash cycles running up to 10 minutes per day, up to 5 days a week. It is the right consumable choice for high-volume kitchens in restaurants, hotels, bakeries and catering operations that run UNOX combi or convection ovens continuously.

Refilling is handled through the SAFE.Refill system: the bottle slots into the dedicated compartment on the detergent tank and the seal breaks automatically on insertion, eliminating direct operator contact with the concentrate. The formula complies with Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004 on surfactant biodegradability and the safety data sheet is current to Revision 2 (January 2023) under REACH. Store between 5 °C and 40 °C; the product is classified UN 1824, Class 8 for transport.
