The True TSSU-60-24M-B-ST is a mega-top sandwich and salad prep counter (saladette) for high-volume sandwich bars, hotel kitchens, and restaurant prep lines, holding 24 GN 1/6 pans in a chilled rail while maintaining a precise 0.5–5 °C across its 338 L cabinet. The two solid self-closing doors stay open above 90°, and the unit ships on 158 mm castors for easy repositioning on the line.

The patented foam-insulated stainless steel split lids are removable for cleaning, and the full-length white polyethylene cutting board sits directly over the pan rail, giving prep staff a continuous work surface. The R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant (GWP=3) and 100% front-breathing design mean the unit requires zero side clearance — a practical advantage in tight kitchen layouts. The condensing unit slides out from the rear for straightforward servicing. NSF/ANSI Standard 7 certified for food-zone use.
