The Casta TPTW1000 is a refrigerated teppanyaki ice plate — a countertop Tepp-Ice unit designed for live show-cooking of ice cream rolls and frozen desserts. Running on a standard 230 V supply and drawing 2.93 kW, it chills the flat cooking surface to the temperatures required to freeze liquid bases into rolled ice cream in seconds, making it equally at home on a hotel buffet, in a dessert café, or at a catering event station.
Purpose-built for interactive service, the TPTW1000 lets operators prepare made-to-order rolled ice cream directly in front of guests — no separate freezer required.
