Description
Description
The Casta TPICECOR26 Tepp-Ice Corner is a refrigerated ice-cream rolling plate station in a corner format, designed for live rolled ice-cream preparation in gelaterias, dessert bars, hotels and high-footfall food service operations. The 610 × 560 mm stainless steel rolling plate reaches down to −38 °C and is built from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel throughout, while the 30 mm thick white agglomerated sandstone worktop gives a clean, durable surface for toppings and presentation.
The integrated refrigerated topping rail holds six GN 1/9 containers at 0 / +8 °C, keeping ingredients fresh and within reach during service. Three neutral drawers provide additional storage, and the unit runs on a single-phase 230 V supply at just 1.48 kW, making it straightforward to site. Digital controls with a timer, interior LED lighting, and a plexiglass splash guard are all included as standard, and the station rolls into position on six castors.
Made in Italy by Casta, the TPICECOR26 is built for operators who need a self-contained, corner-format live-dessert station that performs consistently under continuous service pressure.
