Description
Description
The Casta TPICE1200 Atena is a refrigerated cold-plate teppanyaki station (Tepp-Ice) designed for show cooking, street food events, and the ice cream sector, with a working surface that reaches down to −38 °C. Built as a freestanding, mobile unit on castors, the 1200 mm-wide station rolls wherever the action is — whether that is a hotel buffet, a live-event counter, or a gelateria display — and draws just 1.23 kW on a standard 230 V supply.
The cold plate itself measures 610 × 560 mm and is finished in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, capable of holding product temperatures between −38 °C and 0 °C under tropicalized electronic control. The unit ships ready to work: six GN 1/9 ingredient containers, three neutral drawers, a folding shelf for liquid base, and a plexiglass display shelf are all included, giving operators an immediately functional prep and presentation station with no extra outlay.
With an adjustable working height of 850 mm that extends to 1200 mm with the raised element, the Atena suits both counter-level service and eye-catching live-cooking theatre for restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and dessert bars that need a capable cold-side station they can move and reposition without tools.
