Description
The Topalit Standard is a round HPL table top for restaurant, hotel, café and terrace use, available in a 70 cm diameter and engineered by Austrian manufacturer Topalit from a wood-based condensed core encased in a high-pressure melamine and thermosetting resin shell. At 35 mm thick at the edge and 20 mm at the centre, the top delivers a solid, professional feel without excessive weight.
The surface withstands brief contact heat up to 180 °C and continuous temperatures up to 90 °C, making it practical in busy service environments where hot cups and plates are the norm. It is UV-resistant, scratch-resistant and moisture-sealed — properties that make it equally at home indoors or on a covered outdoor terrace (note: dark colour variants should be kept out of direct prolonged sunlight).
