Maxima Tilting Boiling Pan, 160 L, Indirect, Gas

The Maxima Tilting Boiling Pan is a 160-litre gas-fired boiling pan for restaurants, hotels and catering kitchens that need to cook, poach or reduce soups, sauces, broths and creams in large volumes. The indirect heating system uses a water-filled double wall, so the pan heats evenly rather than directly at the base, keeping the risk of burning low; capacity is 150 L. Tilting is automated from the control panel, and a wide pouring nozzle and drain tap make it easy to empty.

It comes with piezo ignition and both G25 natural gas and G30 LPG injectors, fills with hot or cold water through a solenoid valve and rotatable chrome tap, and runs on four castors. Housing and lid are stainless steel, with a pressure gauge on top and a safety thermostat that guards against a low water level. Total gas power is 22 kW.
