Description
The Unis Thaya Cold GN2 High is a countertop refrigerated food showcase designed for the display and sale of cakes, pastries, snacks and sandwiches, holding a generous 500 litres across two full GN 2/1 gastronorm positions. Forced-air ventilation maintains a precise +2 °C to +6 °C range throughout the cabinet, keeping perishable grab-and-go items consistently chilled during service.
Built in stainless steel and standing 1210 mm tall on a 1515 mm footprint, the Thaya Cold GN2 High suits front-of-house counters in hotels, cafés, patisseries and deli operations where presentation and temperature reliability both matter. An electronic control unit with digital display lets staff monitor and adjust conditions at a glance, minimising intervention during busy service periods.
