Description
The Casta TEP2B/120G is a gas teppanyaki grill for professional open-kitchen cooking, delivering 11.6 kW of total output across two independently thermostatic-controlled zones on a 1200 mm wide countertop surface. Built for restaurants, hotel kitchens, and live-cooking concepts, it reaches up to 270 °C on a 15 mm thick hard chrome-plated FE510 structural steel plate — a surface that retains heat uniformly and withstands the rigours of continuous high-volume service.
Each zone runs three tube burners for even heat distribution, with a central high-heat cooking area flanked by cooler side zones ideal for holding and finishing dishes. Piezo ignition with a pilot flame and ignition fuse makes startup reliable, while a circulating grease gutter channelling into two removable drawers keeps the station clean during service. The stainless steel housing, front hand rail, and bench-mount footprint make the TEP2B/120G a practical fit for teppanyaki counters, live-grill stations, and high-throughput griddle lines alike.
