Description

The Casta TEP1B/090G is a gas teppanyaki griddle for professional kitchens, restaurants, teppanyaki concepts and hotel live-cooking stations, built on a 900 mm countertop footprint. Its 15 mm hard chromed FE510 S355JR steel plate delivers exceptional heat retention and a durable, easy-clean cooking surface built to withstand continuous service.

The single cooking zone is designed with a central high-heat area for searing and cooking, flanked by cooler side zones ideal for food warming and holding — giving chefs precise control over the full surface. A perimeter grease channel directs run-off to two removable grease drawers, keeping the station clean during high-volume service.
