The Casta TEP1B/080E is an electric teppanyaki griddle for professional kitchens, delivering 5.4 kW across an 800 mm wide single-zone cooking plate built from 15 mm thick hard-chromed FE510 (S355JR) steel. The robust chrome surface ensures even heat distribution and withstands the constant scraping and high-volume throughput demanded in busy restaurant, hotel, and catering environments.
Designed as a countertop bench model running on 400 V, the TEP1B/080E suits teppanyaki concepts, hibachi-style service, and live-cooking stations where theatrical presentation meets consistent output. Integrated grease channels direct fat to the outer edges and into two removable grease drawers, keeping the cooking surface clean and service uninterrupted.
