Description
The Telme Combigel 8 is a combined vertical batch freezer and pasteuriser for professional gelato and ice cream production, built around two independent cylinders — one for the hot pasteurisation cycle, one for the cold freezing cycle — delivering 35–60 litres per hour with a batch capacity of 4.5–9 kg of mix. Running on 400 V three-phase power at 10 kW, it is sized for artisan gelato shops, hotel pastry kitchens, and dessert-focused restaurants that need a single compact machine to handle the full production workflow.
From raw mix to finished product, the Combigel 8 manages mixing, heating, pasteurising, cooling, batch freezing, and whipping in sequence. Telme's M.O.P. thermoshock system enables direct processing of hot mixes, while a built-in self-diagnostics system monitors for faults throughout each cycle. The fully stainless steel construction and each cycle's independent electronic control panel keep operation straightforward and hygiene standards high. The machine produces gelato, ice cream, sorbet, granita, and slush — all from one unit in 8–20 minutes per batch.
