Description
The Coldline A140/2ME is an upright refrigerated storage cabinet from the Smart 1400 series, designed for high-volume ingredient storage in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations. With 1,400 litres of usable capacity and a working temperature range of -2 °C to +8 °C, it handles everything from fresh produce to dairy and prepared foods in a single unit.
Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, the cabinet features forced-air cooling and automatic defrost with condensate evaporation — keeping maintenance demands low during busy service. Six height-adjustable GN 2/1-compatible shelves offer flexible load configurations, while 75 mm of insulation and an energy class B rating keep running costs in check at just 0.7 kW.
The two self-closing doors with 105° stops, replaceable 3-chamber magnetic gaskets, and integrated locks make the A140/2ME a practical choice for shared kitchen environments where food safety and access control matter. Adjustable stainless steel legs accommodate uneven floors across a range of installation settings.
