The Coldline A140/2BE is an upright double-door storage freezer from the Smart 1400 series, designed to maintain a stable −18 °C to −22 °C holding range across a 1,356 L net capacity — making it a practical choice for high-volume kitchens in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and large food-service establishments that need serious frozen storage in a single footprint.

Forced-air cooling paired with automatic hot-gas defrost and auto condensation evaporation keeps temperatures consistent without manual intervention, while 75 mm CFC/HCFC-free foam insulation and R452a refrigerant underpin efficient, low-GWP operation at up to 43 °C ambient — suitable for demanding tropical or hot kitchen environments. The all-stainless steel interior and exterior are built for easy cleaning and daily commercial use, and the unit draws just 1.7 kW on a standard 230 V single-phase supply.

Both solid stainless steel doors are self-closing, reversible and lockable, with a 105° dwell stop for hands-free loading. Eight GN 2/1 height-adjustable grids across the two compartments give flexible shelf configuration for full gastronorm pans, and adjustable stainless steel feet allow levelling on uneven kitchen floors.
