Description
The Tecnosteel STES 70-130 is a heated cabinet table with sliding doors for professional kitchens, capable of holding dishes at temperatures between 30 °C and 80 °C across a 1300 mm wide stainless steel unit. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel with an electronic temperature controller, it delivers consistent holding performance with minimal footprint demand on the pass or service line.
A height-adjustable shelf supports up to 120 kg of load, making it equally suited to heavy crockery, gastronorm containers, and plated covers. Running on a standard single-phase 220–230 V supply at just 2 kW, the STES 70-130 is a practical choice for restaurants, hotel kitchens, banqueting operations, and catering facilities that need reliable, accessible hot-holding at the point of service.
