Description
The Tecna Vegetable Knife TT91007G from Ambrogio Sanelli is a curved vegetable knife with a 7 cm (2¾") blade, for peeling, trimming and cutting fruit and vegetables in restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens. The short curved blade gives close control for detail work, and the green handle marks it for fruit and vegetable use under the HACCP colour system.
The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The handle is dual-injection moulded, with a rigid polypropylene core bonded to the steel tang and a softer SEBS outer layer with microspheres for grip. All materials are non-toxic, sterilisable, dishwasher safe and resistant to extreme temperatures, and the knife is made in Italy by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864.
