Description

The Tecna Cheese Slicer TA44026B from Ambrogio Sanelli is a professional slicing knife with a 26 cm (10") square-tip blade, for cutting cheese in delicatessens, cheese counters and professional kitchens. The straight blade with a square tip gives a clean, even cut through large cheese blocks and wheels.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The black handle has a rigid polypropylene core bonded to the steel tang with a soft SEBS outer layer and anti-slip microspheres for grip, and it is dishwasher safe and sterilisable.

The same model is also made with a 32 cm blade and other larger sizes, with white HACCP handles for bakery and dairy use, and it complies with current EU food safety and hygiene regulations. Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional knives in Italy since 1864.
