Tecna Baker Knife, Hard Serrated TP63024W, 24 cm, White

The Tecna Baker Knife, Hard Serrated TP63024W from Ambrogio Sanelli is a professional baker's knife with a 24 cm (9½") hard-serrated blade, for cutting crusty bread and baguettes in bakeries, pizzerias, restaurant and hotel kitchens. The hard serration bites into a firm crust without crushing the crumb underneath.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece gets a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The white handle uses Tecna's dual-injection construction: a rigid PP core bonded to the steel tang, wrapped in a softer SEBS outer layer with grip microspheres for a secure, non-slip hold. All materials are non-toxic, sterilisable, dishwasher safe and resistant to extreme temperatures, and the knife meets current food safety and hygiene regulations. In the HACCP colour system white marks bakery and dairy, so this white-handled knife stays separate from tools used on raw meat, cooked meat or fish.

The same hard-serrated baker knife is also made with a black handle, and in blade lengths from 24 cm to 32 cm. Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional knives in Italy since 1864.
