Description
The Tecfrigo Proxima 3 M BM is an electric bain-marie hot food display buffet unit with three basins and a motorized dome, designed for professional buffet and self-service presentations in hotels, restaurants, and catering operations. Drawing 2.65 kW, it uses wet-heat technology to keep food at serving temperature while the motorized dome opens smoothly for easy guest access.
The unit accepts a wide range of GN containers — from GN 2/1 down to GN 1/4 — giving operators flexible portioning and menu layouts within the same footprint. Its free-standing horizontal format and wood-finish exterior make it a natural fit for upscale buffet counters where presentation matters as much as function.
