Description

The Tecfrigo FUTURA 4 BM is a free-standing electric bain marie buffet trolley designed for hot food display and service in hotel buffets, restaurant self-service lines, and catering operations. Running on 230 V and drawing 3.5 kW, it uses a water bath heating method to maintain food at safe, even serving temperatures throughout the service period.

The FUTURA 4 BM accepts the full range of standard GN containers — from GN2/1 down to GN1/4 — giving operators maximum flexibility to configure the trolley for soups, mains or sides. Its wood-finish exterior sets it apart from standard stainless units, making it a natural fit for buffet environments where presentation matters as much as performance.
