Description
Description
The Neumärker Tartlet Basic Machine (order no. 12-40600DT) is a professional tartlet baking machine for producing crispy edible cups and waffle-style tartlet shells, drawing 3.2 kW at 230 V and built to food-service production pace. Made in Germany with a stainless steel casing, it is designed for dessert stations, catering operations, hotels, and high-volume snack or FUN FOOD concepts that need consistent, repeatable results.
Precision baking is managed through a digital timer and thermostat with a pilot light, so operators can set and monitor baking cycles without constant supervision. Height-adjustable feet keep the unit stable on any counter surface, and the locking bow secures the plates firmly during baking. At 430 × 420 × 320 mm and 16 kg, it sits comfortably on a standard prep counter. Note that baking plates are sold separately, giving buyers the flexibility to choose the tartlet format that fits their menu.
