Supra Two-Handled Cheese Knife SW44033Y, 33 cm, Yellow

The Supra Two-Handled Cheese Knife SW44033Y from Ambrogio Sanelli has a straight 33 cm (13″) blade, 5.5 cm deep, with a yellow handle fixed at each end for cutting through large wheels or blocks of hard cheese with a smooth, even draw. Two hands share the effort, which keeps the cut straight across a wide wheel.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The yellow SEBS handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene. In the Supra Colore HACCP system yellow is the colour for cooked meat or poultry, so the knife stays separate from tools used on other kinds of food.

All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, and the knife complies with current food safety and hygiene regulations. Designed and made in Premana, Italy, by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864. The same two-handled model is also made with 36 cm and 40 cm blades, in black and white handles.
