Description
The Supra Table Knife ST72S11R from Ambrogio Sanelli is a professional serrated table knife with an 11 cm (4¼") blade, for restaurant, hotel and catering table settings. The red handle follows Sanelli's HACCP colour system, marking it for raw meat. It is supplied as a retail pack of 6 knives.
The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The smooth guard improves hygiene, and the SEBS handle has an anti-slip finish and an antibacterial additive. All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures.
The same knife is also supplied in boxes of 24 and 50. Sanelli makes the same serrated table knife with black, green, blue, purple, white and yellow HACCP handles. It is designed and made in Italy by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864.
