The Supra Steak Knife ST85S12B from Ambrogio Sanelli is a professional table knife with a 12 cm (4¾") half-serrated blade, for cutting cooked meat at the table in restaurants, hotels and catering services. The half-serrated edge saws through a seared crust cleanly, and the black SEBS handle keeps a firm grip through service. This code is sold as a retail pack of 6 knives.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The SEBS handle is anti-slip and contains an antibacterial additive, and all materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures. The knives are made in Italy by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864, certified to ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 9001:2015, with an EU food-contact declaration of compliance (MOCA).
