Supra Paring Knife ST81009B, 9 cm

The Supra Paring Knife ST81009B from Ambrogio Sanelli is a professional paring knife with a 9 cm (3½”) black-handled blade for peeling, trimming and other detail work in professional kitchens, cafés and catering operations.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The black SEBS handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene.

All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, and the knife complies with current food safety and hygiene regulations. Designed and made in Premana, Italy, by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864. The same knife is also supplied in a box of 24 or a box of 50 for kitchens buying in volume, and Sanelli makes the same paring knife shape with an 11 cm blade in eight handle colours.
