Supra Paring Knife ST82A11P, 11 cm, Purple, Box of 24

The Supra Colore Paring Knife ST82A11P from Ambrogio Sanelli is the same professional 11 cm (4¼”) paring knife as ST82011P, with a purple HACCP handle for allergen-free foods, supplied in a box of 24 for kitchens and catering operations buying in volume.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The purple SEBS handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene. In the HACCP colour system purple is the colour for allergen-free foods, so the knife stays separate from tools used on other foods.

All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, and the knife complies with current food safety and hygiene regulations. Designed and made in Premana, Italy, by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864.
