The Supra Narrow Boning Knife SD07012Y from Ambrogio Sanelli is a professional narrow boning knife with a 12 cm (4¾") blade for close, precise deboning of meat and poultry in butcheries, restaurant kitchens and catering operations. The narrow blade follows tight joints and small bones, and the yellow HACCP handle keeps the knife inside the cooked meat or poultry work area.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The yellow SEBS handle is anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene, and all materials are sterilisable.

The same narrow boning knife is also made with 14, 16 and 18 cm blades, and with black and red handles; the 14 cm size is also made in blue and purple.
