Description
The Supra Cheese Knife ST96B11B from Ambrogio Sanelli is a professional 11 cm cheese knife with a double-pointed, smooth blade and a black SEBS handle, supplied in a box of 50 for high-turnover kitchens, catering kitchens and delicatessen counters. The two points lift and place cut portions of cheese without touching them by hand.
The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene.
All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, and the knife complies with current food safety and hygiene regulations. Made in Italy by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864. The same cheese knife is also supplied as a single-packed knife (ST96011B).
