Supra Bread Knife SP75021W, 21 cm, White

The Supra Bread Knife SP75021W from Ambrogio Sanelli is a professional bread knife with a 21 cm blade and a white HACCP handle for bakery and dairy products, for slicing loaves and other baked goods in bakeries, pizzerias, hotel kitchens and catering operations.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The white SEBS handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene. In the HACCP colour system white is the colour for bakery and dairy products, so the knife stays separate from tools used on raw meat, fish or cooked food.
